These short terms describe the current private preview. ELI Personal is not offered as a public or multi-user service.

Access and purpose
ELI Personal is for its single authorised owner. Access may be limited, changed or suspended while the private preview is developed, secured or recovered. These pages do not grant application access to anyone else.
Use your judgement
ELI can make mistakes, misunderstand context or rely on information that changes. Review proposed actions and verify important information before relying on it. Plans, Calendar entries and confident language are not proof that something happened.
Actions and authority
Conversation alone does not authorise an external action. Supported actions remain subject to the application's explicit permission, confirmation and receipt rules. The owner remains responsible for deciding whether to confirm a proposed action.
Third-party services
ELI Personal may use third-party services including OpenAI and Google. Their availability, outputs and handling of information are also governed by their own terms and policies. Connecting a service does not broaden ELI's authority beyond the application's configured controls.
Changes and support
The private preview and these terms may change as features and safeguards evolve. Material public-page changes will be reflected by the updated date. Questions can be sent to the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
